Eastern Coalfields Limited participated in Sadhana Saptah 2026 (2–10 April) aimed at strengthening capacity building through the iGOT Karmayogi platform. During the period, ECL conducted multiple training sessions across its Areas and HRD Department, covering topics such as Health Management, Legal Aspects of Business, Right to Information Act, Labour Codes, Cyber Security, Finance for Non Finance, ERP HCM Module, e-Office, Safety Management in Opencast and Underground Mining, Contract Management and e-Procurement, CDA Rules and Domestic Enquiry and CMPF Claims. Employees were actively engaged with digital learning modules, including Artificial Intelligence and domain-specific courses, contributing to enhanced knowledge and skill development. As part of Sadhana Saptah 2026, Eastern Coalfields Limited felicitated 17 faculty members who conducted training sessions under the initiative. The Safety, Quality Control and Environment departments were also recognised for their consistent participation at HRD Department. The initiative reinforces ECL’s focus on building a skilled, informed and future-ready workforce through structured learning and capacity development.
