WIPS ECL celebrated International Women’s Day on 9th March with great enthusiasm under the guiding line “Give to Gain” and the global theme “Rights. Justice. Action. For All Women and Girls.” The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri Satish Jha, CMD, ECL; Smt. Kiran Jha; Shri Niladri Roy, Director (Technical–Operations), ECL; Smt. Sanchita Roy; Shri Gunjan Sinha, Director (HR), ECL; and Smt. Anubha Sinha, whose presence added immense encouragement to the celebration. The programme featured an inspiring motivational session by Smt. Sathi Roy, along with an informative awareness session on Cyber Security and Cyber Hygiene conducted by the Cyber Crime Cell, Kolkata in association with the Subhas Chandra Bose Scholarship Foundation. The event was further enriched by vibrant cultural performances by women employees from various ECL Areas, showcasing India’s diverse traditions and cultural heritage. The celebration stood as a meaningful tribute to the strength, achievements, and invaluable contributions of women, with the initiatives of WIPS ECL receiving appreciation from all the dignitaries present
