Today, on the occasion of 76th Republic Day of India, a colourful program was organized by the company's security department at ECL Headquarters, Sectoria. In which ECL President Co Managing Director Mr. Satish Jha hoisted the tricolor then Mr. Jha inspected and saluted the parade of children from security department, CISF, different schools. In his address, the Chairman-Co-Managing Director expressed heartfelt wishes to the Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) family and all stakeholders, on the occasion of 76th Maha Parva of Republic Day. On this occasion he wished for a dedicated and healthy nation for the progress and prosperity of the country. He said the importance of human development in the field of energy is clear to all and self-reliance is key to any nation's progress. Coal Ministry, Coal India and ECL family together, are continuously striving towards achieving national objectives and our contribution is crucial in this direction and we are committed to fulfilling it. He expressed his gratitude to Coal Ministry, Coal India Limited, West Bengal State Government and Jharkhand State Government and its administrative officers, police administration, CISF, laborers unions and all stakeholders for their efforts and dedication and said that Let us all continue to play our part in building this golden nation and ensure our participation in building a self-sufficient India. During the program, children from DAV Public School, Asansol, Saint Christopher Mission School, Modern Public School Chinakudi, Usmani High School and SD Girls High School, Dishergarh were presented a captivating cultural program along with reflect shooting performed by CISF.
